My Role Show Call Production Assistant, Prep Lead
The Project. The Audacity is a comedy drama TV series created for AMC about a wannabe silicon valley tech titan and his relationship with his therapist. I worked on this show as a locations team prep lead. I would be in charge of managing the location that the crew would be preparing to film at. Essentially making sure everyone knows the rules, follows them, and does not burn the place down. For this show in particular protecting the places we were in was required a lot of attention to detail and safety since the locations were private homes or huge public spaces and a helicopter was almost always involved.
Fun fact! One of the episodes features a World War II re-enactment. I was in charge of supervising the excavation for the trench which took over two weeks!
